September Sickness

I had a brilliant idea in September to
take a "sick month". Basically, the goal
is to get as sick as possible as many ways as
possible for a month. Then, come winter,
you've already paid your sickness dues
and your immune system is impenetrable.

I even went to the Dr. 3 times for, you know,
the typical... stomach bug, cold, another
stomach bug, sinus infection, Similac recall
formula "bug", followed by another cold.**

I'm starting to doubt my brilliance,
but I will tell you this...
that exam table paper is amazing!
I go to war with it every time,
and I always WIN!

**This may explain why I slacked on my
blog all month. I am trying to make up
for it, even though I am... still sick!

He helped me stay cool during the hot weather.

I'm really going to miss him.

On the Move... Sort of

I'm working on my crawling skills
They have really improved in the last few days,
but I may as well show you how I started out.

As soon as I get whatever I was reaching for,
I find myself back on my bottom. So frustrating!

Then, I spot something I REALLY want!

Time for a little product inspection!

Quality Control, at your service!

Taking a quick video of myself!

Sometimes I have a little attitude when
anything exciting is taken away from me.

But, I'm quick to forgive and ready
to be held and loved on!

Puffs!

I love puffs - and I love them a lot!

I used to have a hard time getting them in my mouth.

Now its hard not to eat them all at once!

Sometimes it takes both hands to get them in.

Sometimes I drop them

then I have to work really hard to get them

but Bella is always nearby to help if I need assistance.

Sometimes she helps too much!

First Flight and Trip to Minnie

We took a trip to Minneapolis over
Labor Day weekend to visit the Haase family!

It was my first flight!
Mommy told me all about airplane etiquette
so I was a good baby and didn't fuss. I really
shocked everyone with my good manners!

It was much cooler up there!
I really had to bundle up so we could
do all the fun things they had planned!

We went to the zoo!

At least that's what they told me.
I really didn't notice any animals...

But I got to ride around in this cool stroller
with Taylor! She had lots of fun toys and she
let me sleep in her crib! She's really nice!

My favorite part was the Carousel!
I couldn't wait to pick out my horse!

Isn't my horse so pretty?

Taylor got to ride her horse all by
herself. I had to share mine with
Mommy. Something about me being
"just a little baby...". But I made the
best of it and still had fun!

Did I mention that it was cold?

I tried to talk some sense into Dave about this weather
nonsense. It's so much warmer in Lexington!

But, I will say that there were a lot
of really fun parks to go to!

And lots of lakes for people to walk around
(or run, if that's your thing) and beaches everywhere!

I had to take a quick power nap on the walk back
after all that swinging and playing at the park!

We had such a fun and relaxing time, it felt just like
being at home! They even have a "Bella-dog"!
Except they call her Zeta - I still don't get that...
but she was really nice and cuddled with me!

Thanks for such a great time Dave, Ashley and Taylor!
Can't wait to see the girls in November!!!

7 Months

Hey Everyone!
Can you believe I'm already 7 months old!?!?

Look how much longer I am than Harrod!

I love him so much.

But he can be quite distracting!

Focus Harrod.
We need to find that hidden candle!

I just know it's here somewhere...

Aha! I found it!

Wait! Am I being too obvious!?

It is so tasty!!!

Ugh! YOU!
Why are you always taking things out of my mouth!

fine... I won't eat it.

Well, this isn't any fun.
You can just have it back.

I don't know why I even try to find the candle.
But... there is always next month!
Maybe someday I'll get away with it!

7 Month Stats:
Height: 28 inches
Weight: 18 lbs.

*Please note: I was sick today, so Mom
forgot to get the percentages for my stats!
I am feeling much better now though,
so don't worry a bit about me!
